Patt Vet - COVID-19 Update


The impact of COVID-19 is concerning and unfolding at an unprecedented speed. With growing concern for our clients and staff, we have made some changes to ensure the safety of all.

At this time, we ask that when you arrive you park in the rear lot and call us and wait in your car until we are able to come out and get you. This will include clients for appointments, medication and food pick up, or any other service.

We know this may increase your wait time here at the hospital, but we hope you will understand that we must take these necessary steps during this public health emergency.

We also ask that if you are showing any signs of illness that you have someone else bring your pet in for you or reschedule for another time. We are taking all precautions to disinfect after each patient's appointment.

We will not be offering any house call appointments during this critical social distancing time and will alert our clients when house call appointments will become available.

 

A special note for all of our valued clients: We are working very hard to fill all of the food and medication requests as quickly as we can but because of the extraordinary demand you must allow 24-hours for your order to be ready for pickup.

  • Please call our office to place your order.
  • Please do not come to the office to order. We will be unable to fill the order immediately.
  • When you do come to pick up your order, drive to the back of the parking lot, call us and let us know you are here and we will bring the food to you.
