Deborah S. Patt, VMD
Dr. Patt began working for her father, John Patt, VMD, who started the practice in 1952. She graduated from Albright College, and then from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, and assumed ownership in 1990 when her father retired. Her many pets include a Terrier mix (Barney), a Lab/Shep mix (Rubble), several cats, a turtle (Diana), chickens, 2 goats (Gladys & Imogene), and a mini-horse (Eddie). When Dr. Patt is not working, she loves to travel and has been all over the world. Some of her other interests are gardening, scrapbooking, reading, and training and showing Eddie, who has won numerous awards and is quite the talented little horse. Dr. Patt enjoys being in general practice, and part of the Boyertown area community, where she has had the privilege to know many clients and their families through the years. She is proud to carry on the family business as we celebrate our 60th anniversary this year. |
Russell E. Angstadt, VMD
Dr. Angstadt joined our practice in 1993. He is a graduate of Delaware Valley College and the University of Pennsylvania, class of 1976. Dr. Russ is best known as our main 'House Call' doctor, in addition to practicing here in the hospital too. He loves discussing the latest Philadelphia sport team's news with clients, and entertaining the staff with his great personality. When he is not working, he enjoys farming, riding his John Deere tractor, and traveling to his camp in Bradford County.
Lori A. Ross, BVSCMRCVS
As you can tell by the letters after her name, Dr. Ross did not graduate in the United States, but did from the University of Liverpool, England. Originally from Pennsylvania, she received her undergrad degree from Delaware Valley College. After practicing in England for several years (and veterinarian to some celebrities), she came back to the USA and joined us. She has 2 spoiled cats, Isabel and Sherman, and several dogs and horses at her family farm, which keeps her quite busy. |
Lori Ferdock, VMD
Dr. Ferdock originally joined our practice in 1991. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and the University of Pennsylvania. After practicing with us for several years, she took a hiatus to start her family. After 3 children, she re-joined us again in 2006. Dr. Ferdock has a Shih Tzu named Poppet, a Boxer Mix named Baxter, and several cats. She keeps quite busy with her active family and her many community activities.
Ellen R. Singh, VMD
Dr. Singh joined our hospital in 2008, although she was no stranger to us. The daughter of Dr. Angstadt, she graduated Penn State University and from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. After practicing in Australia for 3 years, she returned to the United States and practiced right outside of New York City for a year. She moved back to the area and has a German Shorthaired Pointer named Harper and a cat named Ernest. And her newest addition, daughter Lydia, was born in 2011. She and her husband enjoy traveling and home improvement projects. |
