Appointment Policy
Appointments are scheduled Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Our office is also open 8 am to 7 pm for phone calls, and prescription and food pickup. We are also open Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. |
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, the CareCredit Payment Plan, and personal checks (upon approval). |

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. |

This is a private website. We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties. We strictly adhere to this policy. Our Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of both its clients, its patients and those individuals who simply visit our site. |
