Diagnostic and Therapeutic
Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide
diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete
health care needs. If you are interested in any of our
offered services, please call our office for an appointment.
Mobile Service:
We offer house call appointments Monday through Thursday for a
variety of medical services including vaccinations, bloodwork, and
visits for your sick pet.
Surgical
Services: Our state-of-the-art surgical suite
provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical
procedures. Surgeries are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays,
Thursdays, and Fridays.
Anesthesia: We
utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide that extra
margin of safety, especially for our older or high risk patients.
Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are
monitored during all anesthetic procedures.
Radiology
Services: Our on-site, modern X-ray equipment
provides high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many
disorders.
PennHIP Certification -
Hip dysplasia is the most commonly inherited orthopedic
disease in dogs and can lead to arthritis induced pain and
discomfort. Our specially trained, certified doctors
routinely perform the radiographs needed to complete the PennHIP
study which will determine your dogs hip laxity. To learn

Microchip
identification - We offer HomeAgain microchip
implantation and scanning.
Laboratory: Our
in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry,
hematology, urinalysis, and parasite testing. We also utilize
commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and
consultations.
Pharmacy: We
maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins,
shampoos and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your
pet.
Dentistry: Our
dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, tooth
extractions, and oral surgery. These are scheduled on Mondays,
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Individualized Flea Control
Programs: We develop programs for the specific needs
of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We
will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house,
in your yard, and on your pet.
Dietary
Counseling: We will provide guidance regarding your
pet's nutritional needs for each life stage, including dietary
requirements for growth, weight maintenance, and performance.
Science Diet Food and
Prescription Pet Foods
Behavioral
Counseling: We can provide advice regarding the
correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing,
spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling, and aggression.
Puppy
Preschool: You and your puppy will learn beginner's
obedience skills, propergrooming
techniques, crate training tips, basic commands, socialization with
other puppies and people, housetraining, and what are safe
toys. Puppies between the ages of 8 and 20 weeks are eligible
for this 7 week class which runs Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30
pm. Registration is required, please call our office for
details.
Basic Obedience
Classes: Your puppy will learn basic obedience, sit
and stay for 2 minutes, lie down and stay for 3 minutes, off
leash heeling, Figure 8's, and become absolutely obedient.
Puppies older than 5 months are eligible for this class which runs
Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30pm. Registration is
required for this class, please call our office for details.
Emergency Care: Please call our
main telephone number for instructions for after-hour
